Current events are following an easily recognizable pattern.
The world that the Illuminati have built for themselves, for their own benefit, is in the process of being dismantled to make way for the final phase of their plan which will result in a One World Government, total surveillance of the masses and a centralized electronic banking system which will give them total control over the entire population.
The Hegelian Dialectic:
Problem/Reaction/Solution
Create the problem - Stir up a reaction - present the desired solution.
It's an old and well used tactic along with Divide and Conquer and Let's you and him fight…
All of these we can see in play in our world today.
ORDO AB CHAO is their motto and their ultimate goal - create chaos on a worldwide scale and then impose a semblance of ‘order' that benefits the Elite who instigated the chaos in the first place.
The sad part about all of this is that most of the problems that the world is suffering from probably would never have happened in the first place if they hadn't been intentionally engineered into being by the Elite to begin with and secondly, most of the more natural, unavoidable difficulties that we experience in life, could have been worked out without bloodshed by just sitting down and talking them out with each other.
It's the constant interference by a third party that has its own agenda as it's priority that causes most of the really serious trouble we have experienced in the last several hundred years.
The study of what has gone on behind the scenes in history is at once, fascinating and heartbreaking in its unneccesity.
Once the chaos has reached its peak and wars, disease, famine have caused untold damage; when there is no gas or electricity, no Internet, no food on the shelves in the grocery stores; when there is nothing but panic in the streets, that's when the Antichrist will make his appearance on the world scene.
At first he will appear to be everything we could ever hope for, suave, sophisticated, handsome, intelligent, good natured, altruistic, a man of the people.
He will be so popular and highly acclaimed by all so as to be considered as the savior of Mankind and even, the long awaited for Messiah. So much so that they will install him in the newly built Third Temple in Jerusalem and hail him as King of the World!
He will come up with what seems to be a logical solution for all the world's ills.
Everyone will be so demoralized by what they've been through that they will gladly welcome him and willingly accept whatever solution he proposes.
What if it's necessary to curb civil rights for a time? To have certain restrictions and to patiently endure some rather strict austerities for a while, until the New System is entirely in place and there will be Peace and Prosperity and Freedom for all!
Only then, when everyone is fully engaged and dependent upon the New System will he show his true colors and then, when it's too late, will everyone begin to realize that they've been duped and trapped in a worldwide tyranny such as the world has never known.
Spiritually speaking, this can all be traced back to the Garden of Eden. And in fact, even further back to God's decision to create both, the Human Race and the Angels with free will.
For ourselves, freedom of will makes perfect sense because we were created to be like God. We could never be considered much of a God if we were compelled to do good automatically, against our will, with absolutely no say in the matter.
But why the Angels? They were as much like God as they ever were going to be already. They had no need to exercise their free will in order to become more like God or to confirm their status as Angels?
Evidently, they were given free will for our sake, that by virtue of their fall, we might have a worthy adversary to test in which direction our freedom of will tended, to the right or to the left; towards good or towards evil.
Anyhow, the history of Mankind from the fall of Man until today is the history of how that basic principle has been working itself out.
It's been pretty drastic ever since we freely decided to turn away from the uncreated source of all Light, Life and Love and to look instead towards created things for our nourishment and to have all of our needs met.
We believed in a mirage and became estranged from the very ground of our being and the source of all that is truly Good, True and Beautiful.
Instead of an Everlasting and Limitless, Infinite Life, we became subject to Time/Space and the Laws of Physics; to corruption and death.
Fortunately for us, God has never abandoned us entirely or given up on His original intentions for us. In fact, He has gone out of His way throughout history to remind us of who and what we are meant to be and to make a way for us to be restored entirely to our Original Blessed State and to be raised up from there into the creatures He meant for us to be from before the beginning.
Even to the extent of becoming incarnate for our sake, of stepping into His own creation in the form of one of His own creatures, of experiencing everything that we have to endure, so that, out of love for us and with sympathetic mercy, if at all possible, He might save us from ourselves.
So, even though things may look particularly bad at the moment on the world scene, and stand to get much worse, it behooves us to have faith, to trust in God, to repent, (which literally means, ‘to turn around and head back in the other direction‘) and to pray as is fitting, in the complete confidence that God knows what He's doing and has a way to make this whole thing work out for the best.
We tend to see things ‘up close’ from a very limited perspective where we are most concerned about life and limb in this very short earthly life. But God's priorities are a bit different than ours. His Prime Directive and main concern is not this temporary physical body or our extremely limited earthly life, but the fate of our Eternal and Everlasting Soul.
That will always come first for God, much to our dismay at times…It's not that He doesn't care about the rest and won't provide for our needs in the here and now, but His other concerns for us will always come first.
So, despite all of the seeming evidence to the contrary, there is great cause for hope:
As long as nearly two thousand years ago Jesus warned his disciples that these days would surely come when the natural consequences of our sins would reach such an extent that many who might otherwise never come to repentance would have the opportunity to be saved:
“And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?
And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
But there shall not an hair of your head perish.
In your patience possess ye your souls.
And when ye shall see Jerusalem
Compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”
(Luke 21:7-28)
That lays it all out pretty clearly and reads like much of history and what we see in the Daily News.
For those who have eyes to see though, there is always the possibility open to us of ‘cutting across’ to where all of this misfortune is trying bring us to - to humility, to repentance, to prayer which opens the doorway into the Kingdom of God.
Besides the verses quoted above, there is also the book of Revelation, which is too long and complicated to go into right now.
I will post a link to an excellent five volume set of books which goes into great detail about it's history and meaning for today. The most significant thing I learned from reading this series is that the book of Revelation is not only for the ‘End of the World’ as we know it, but for everyday in the life of an Orthodox Christian.
Briefly, another word used for ‘Revelation’ is ‘Apocalypse', which means to 'reveal' or to ‘uncover' as in the Biblical verses, “For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops”.
(Luke 12:2-3)
Suffice it to say for now, the words, apocalypse and post-apocalyptic, as they have come to be understood in popular culture, as ‘catastrophe’ and how it will be to live in some post-catastrophic world, have little to do with it's true meaning or import.
The apocalypse reveals and uncovers what is hidden inside each one of us and gives us an opportunity, through an ongoing process of Purification Illumination and Deification, to make whatever adjustments we may deem necessary to our inner state before the ‘governor' of Time Space and the Laws of Physics are removed and whatever we Intend begins to come into being instantaneously.
The Apostle Peter also writes quite eloquently of these times in his second general epistle:
“This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.”
(2ndPeter 3:1-13)
And so my friends, be of good cheer! Have faith. There is a Way and a Mystic road. This world is meant to be a ‘stepping off place' into another kind of reality altogether where whatever we Intend comes into being instantaneously.
As Orthodox Christians, we are not waiting for the end of the world, but are rather, running towards it!
We don't have to wait for the ‘End of the World’ or even the moment of our ‘Death’, we can begin to enter into that ‘Other' and ‘Next’ life, even now, if we so desire…
The lives of the Saints demonstrate for us quite clearly that Time/Space and the Laws of Physics are meant to be the loosest of frameworks, if at all applicable, even here within the context of this present world.
The Kingdom of Heaven is within us and once we discover and uncover it, our inner state will become our outer environment, in earth as it is in Heaven. Amen
Here are some helpful definitions that go along with that quote and will be good to know in the Utopian World of the Future:
Ecumenism - All religions are the same so the belief in and practice of any one of them in particular is against the law because it is too divisive.
Inclusivity — Everyone is equal and enjoys equal human rights so everyone must be exactly the same so as not to draw attention to our differences because that would be too divisive.
A Borderless World - Everyone must stay within 15 minutes of where they are, unless told otherwise, to preserve the Freedom and Safety of others.
A Universal Salary - You will own nothing and be happy. The Elite, who have to shoulder the burden of looking out for you, will provide you with a fair share of whatever is left and whatever you absolutely need to survive after they take their cut for shouldering the burden of looking out for you.
Universal Health Care - Abortion and Euthanasia will insure that there is plenty to go around for those who are deemed fit enough and useful enough to survive.
Bread and Circuses - You can rest assured that there will be plenty of each of these to keep you occupied when you are not doing the jobs that will be assigned to you.
We hope that these definitions will help help you to understand and to take your part in the Utopian World of the Future that is being planned for you.
Thank you for your cooperation!
