Well, here's your problem right here - it's Mind that sets the pattern out of all the quantum probabilities for Matter to collapse into…
…And our entirely unique, individual sense of self is meant to share freely in the mind of God.
It looks like yours has collapsed into itself and become estranged from the ground of it's being. Your mind is only running on about three cylinders instead of the unlimited amount actually available to us. It's no wonder that your outer environment is in the condition it's in!
Our inner state always becomes our outer environment.
Now, with every resource that we have in the Spiritual Life, we ought to be able to repair it…
Our best bet though is to simply “…put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.” (Ephesians 4:22-24)
Orthodox Christianity has two basic tenants: “Our God has come in the flesh and walked among us" and "We were created to be like God."
Everything about Orthodoxy confirms the first and is there to assist in the second.
This ought to do the trick:
“Gee, thanks! How much do I owe you?”

“C'mon, I'll show you to the office.”
According to the many worlds interpretation of Quantum Physics there are an infinite number of probable realities that can come into being at any moment.
And according to Heisenberg's theory of uncertainty, it is our thoughts which determine which world will collapse into the reality we experience at any given moment.
Therefore, it behooves us to avail ourselves of the Highest, most Holistic and Truthful source of information to inform our thought process.
The Orthodox Church makes available to us all of the Knowledge, Wisdom and Power of the Triune Godhead which is the Source of all Light, Life and Love.
Jesus, as the Incarnate God, is the Way, the Truth and the Life and the Door which leads us to and connects us with the Father and The Holy Spirit who is everywhere present and fills all things.
"Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, in earth as it is in Heaven."
