And will only become increasingly moreso. We will need God's help in everything. The Jesus Prayer will become indispensable as a means of navigating our way through the ‘House of Danger’. ⚡

The Jesus Prayer along with the reception of the Sacraments of the Orthodox Church, taken within the broader context of the entire Orthodox Christian Way of Life is the most potent Spiritual Medicine known to Man.
LORD JESUS CHRIST, SON OF GOD, HAVE MERCY ON ME A SINNER!
I do prefer the Russian (as I learned it) version:
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me the sinner.
When I am praying for others I find it most effective, especially those who have wronged me:
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on your servant/handmaiden [name], and on me the sinner.
